Alcohol

Guests of The Bank of Kentucky Center must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. The Center will check proof of legal drinking age. There is a maximum of TWO (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase at all concession stands and portable vendors. The Center has the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time during an event.

ATM Machines

For the convenience of our fans, there are THREE (3) Bank of Kentucky ATM's located at The Bank of Kentucky Center. Locations are in the main lobby and two are located on the main concourse. Please note that portable vendors do not accept debit or credit cards.

B

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are available in most of the public restrooms at The Bank of Kentucky Center.

Backstage Passes

The Bank of Kentucky Center does not issue or sell backstage passes to events.

Banners and Signs

Banners and signs are permitted on an event by event basis providing they are in good taste, as deemed by building management. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal or other types of objects for support. Poles and sticks are prohibited. They cannot be hung or fastened anywhere in the building or in any way obstruct another guest's view or building signage. Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign. Signs may also be prohibited if requested by the event.

Binoculars

Binoculars and their cases are permitted for most events. All items are subject to searches upon arrival.

Bus Parking

Parking is available for busses transporting groups to The Bank of Kentucky Center. For more information, please contact The Bank of Kentucky Center at 859-442-2652.

C

Cameras/Recording Devices

For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, small point & shoot cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. The Bank of Kentucky Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.

Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events.

Please check the event detail page for the camera policy for your specific event.

Cellular Phones

Use of cellular phones in The Bank of Kentucky Center is permitted, as long as it does not disturb other fans in the area or interfere with their ability to enjoy the event. The use of camera and video features may be restricted if requested by the event.

Concessions

Outside food & beverage is not permitted to be brought into The Bank of Kentucky Center. Visit the many concession stands on the center’s main concourse and lower event level. Please note that some of our concession stands and portable vendors do not accept debit or credit cards.

Credit Cards

American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa are accepted at The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office, concession stands, and select merchandise stands.

Donation Request

All requests must be made in writing on event/company letterhead a minimum of 4-6 weeks prior to the event date. The request must include date, time and beneficiary of funds raised.

Door Time

Doors generally open one hour prior to the start of an event at The Bank of Kentucky Center, including NKU Norse basketball games. Please check the individual event page for further information. The Bank of Kentucky Center has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.

E

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions. In some circumstances you will be directed to remain in the building and staff will direct you where to go. Please do not use elevators. If you are disabled, trained staff members will assist you in getting to safety.

Entrances

The Bank of Kentucky Center has two main entrances for the general public located just off of Nunn Drive.

The main entrance is located on the north side of the building, where the main Box Office is also located. The secondary, East Concourse entrance, is located on the east side of the building next to Lot O.

Exit and No Re-Entry Policy

Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies.

First Aid

For your safety, The Bank of Kentucky Center has professionally trained emergency personnel on site for most events. First Aid station is located on the main concourse by section 112. Paramedics from Central Campbell County are onsite for all events. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member for assistance.

Guest Services

A Guest Services Booth is located on the Main Concourse by Section 110 that provides guests a convenient location to obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance during events.

Guest Conduct

The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from The Bank of Kentucky Center:

  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside The Bank of Kentucky Center.
  • Failure to obey or follow The Bank of Kentucky Center smoking policies.
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs; Public drunkenness.
  • Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as playing surface, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex.
  • Participating in a fight.
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees.
  • The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other areas.
  • Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact The Bank of Kentucky Center staff immediately.

Lost And Found

The Bank of Kentucky Center provides lost and found services for guests, which is located in the Guest Services Booth near section 110 on the Main Concourse level. For lost & found inquiries after an event, please call (859) 442-2652 during regular business hours. After 5:00pm, please call The Bank of Kentucky Center Security Office at 859-292-2888.

Premium Services

The Bank of Kentucky Center offers premium seating and services for 12 luxury suites, as well as 2 Party Suites. All suites are located on the main concourse level. Click here for more information on Premium Seating.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
  • Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
  • Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
  • Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
  • Fireworks
  • Flags/Signs with poles
  • Laser pens/pointers of any type
  • Noisemakers such as air horns
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bag
  • Pepper spray/Mace
  • Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management
If an item is revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. The Bank of Kentucky Center does not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

The Bank of Kentucky Center offers a total of 30 restrooms including 1 unisex family restroom, all accessible to persons with disabilities. A select number of restrooms include diaper-changing stations.

Security

The Bank of Kentucky Center staffs private security local police officers to provide security before, during and after events.

Service Animals

Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome into The Bank of Kentucky Center. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times within the Center. All other animals are not allowed in The Bank of Kentucky Center unless approved by facility management.

Smoking Policy

The Bank of Kentucky Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted at The Bank of Kentucky Center

Umbrellas

Only compact umbrellas are permitted into The Bank of Kentucky Center. We ask that the umbrellas are able to be placed in small purses or hand bags. All items are subject to searches upon arrivals.
