ADA Policy

The Bank of Kentucky Center offers ADA-compliant seating. All sections may not be available due to production requirements. For event-specific information, please call The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office at: (859) 292-2889.

ADA-compliant seating is available for purchase at The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster online (www.ticketmaster.com), by calling 1-800-745-3000, or at Kroger Ticketmaster outlets.

ADA seating will be sold to allow patrons who require ADA-compliant seating to sit with a companion. Due to inventory restrictions, only one companion seat will be sold with each ADA-compliant seat. A need for multiple ADA-compliant seats will allow for an equal number of companion seats to be purchased.

ADA seating may be purchased on the floor so long as there are floor seats available on an aisle. All requests for ADA seating on the floor should be directed to The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
